Computer aided drawing and rendering are helpful tools to further develop a concept and spatial design. It can help the client better understand the layout and finishes. 

 

The tools used most often to achieve these drawings are CAD, Revit, and Sketch Up. Sometimes, I use my Photoshop or hand rendering skills to further develop the drawing.
